About
Tom’s objective approach to photography maximizes visual clarity. His work presents the distinct forms found within the visual disarray of the places he photographs. The primary subjects of his photography are natural and urban places in a state of change.
Tom started his post-secondary education at the University of Toronto and completed his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree at the University of Guelph in 1980. Through his 35 years as a landscape architect and a photographer he has developed a broad understanding of both urban and natural environments.
Tom is currently an architectural photographer at his firm Industryous Photography. His artistic practice informs his current architectural photographic projects.
